Capture the ‘Most Probable Path’
- We begin documenting each process with the simplest version—often just a video walkthrough, Flow diagram or Checklist.
- Variations and exceptions are added over time as needed.
Assign a Systems Champion
- We help you identify and support a Systems Champion—someone on your team (not necessarily you) to drive the documentation forward.
- Their role: extract, organise, and maintain systems.
- We can coach them to facilitate systems workshops to support implementation.

- We use lightweight tools like Obsidian to avoid the need for complex software—unless your team is ready to scale into more advanced solutions.

Support your Champion through onboarding the role.
1×60 min follow-up coaching session to empower them to take ownership.

Deep partnership with your Systems Champion:
Includes everything in Foundation, plus:
Map & co‑document 4–6 processes, including identifying pain points and efficiency gains
Build and organise a systems library in Obsidian (or equivalent).Integrate these systems into your PM tool (Asana, Trello, ClickUp…).
3×60 min follow-up sessions plus 1 month of email support.
