Co‑construct with your Systems Champion:

• Map & document 2 core processes, side-by-side, capturing real workflow and detail

• Build a starter systems library (checklists/videos).

• Support your Champion through onboarding the role.

• 1×60 min follow-up coaching session to empower them to take ownership.

🔹 Outcome: Your Champion co‑creates processes, learning to refine and own them from day one.

🥈 2. Growth | NZD 9,000 (Approx. 5–7 days)

Deep partnership with your Systems Champion:

Includes everything in Foundation, plus:

• Map & co‑document 4–6 processes, including identifying pain points and efficiency gains

• Build and organise a systems library in Obsidian (or equivalent).Integrate these systems into your PM tool (Asana, Trello, ClickUp…).

• 3×60 min follow-up sessions plus 1 month of email support.

🔹 Outcome: Champion becomes confident in implementation and documentation across multiple areas.
