Participants will follow a clear Learn–Design–Implement pathway to build strong systems capability using the secure, free and design rich Obsidian software as their development environment.
In the Learn phase, they gain an understanding of systems thinking, the role of the Systems Champion, and the fundamentals of business process modelling.
In the Design phase, participants gather and analyse information about their organisation, model key processes, and use Obsidian to create structured, well-documented systems with sound records management and consistent terminology.
In the Implement phase, participants put their work into practice by developing clear training, communication, and support materials, integrating their documented processes into the official work environment, and setting up a central, compliant repository that enhances organisational efficiency, consistency, and collaboration.
